Organize To Sell More

Can You Sell From Your Car Office?

On The Move. Have you ever thought about how much time you spend in the car? And then you arrive at your destination only to realize you have forgotten an important form. You feel frustrated, annoyed with yourself, and tired just thinking about having to make the trip again.

Think about the days you are always in the car: out on appointments, on the way to a seminar or meeting, or dropping off information to businesses and individuals. Your life feels even more hectic and fragmented. How will you possibly remember to have all the different items, forms, and paperwork you need to have with you for each different scenario?

It’s easy with an ‘Office-On-The-Go". You may design this system to fit in the trunk of your car. The traveling office puts the tools you need to successfully conduct business at your fingertips. This is a wonderful system for anyone, such as realtors, insurance brokers and sales representatives.

With our busy lives, we need to be more organized than ever before. That includes your car and trunk. This kit will fit in your trunk and will not tip over so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork getting mixed up or losing a file. You may color code to suit your needs.

Go For Organization. Picture this: You get in your car for a day on the road. You will need samples, order forms, price lists, envelopes, stationery, stamps, fax cover sheets. No problem! Everything is in its own file in your ‘Office-On-The-Go’ in the trunk. Your only decision will be where your first stop will be that day. 1. Purchase a file box container with an attached lid.

2. Insert hanging file folders; you may wish to color code

3. Place an interior file folder within the hanging folders.

4. Label each folder accordingly: ex. Envelopes, price sheets, stationery, purchase order forms.

5. Attach velcro on the bottom of the case (2 long strips and make sure it is the sharp side of the Velcro only). The case will now fit into your trunk and will not fall over.
